Steve Miller Band, el space cowboy, gangster of love, se va de gira durante 7 meses, partiendo de Dana Point en California el próximo 20 de mayo, y concluyendo el 4 de noviembre en Viena, Austria.
Estados Unidos, Escocia, Inglaterra, Bélgica, Holanda, Alemania, Francia y Austria serán los próximos destinos del Jet Airliner.
El año pasado estuvo junto a Gregg Allman compartiendo escenario por medio mundo y presentando su último trabajo hasta el momento, “Let your hair down” (2011), un disco dedicado a los más grandes del Blues. En el 2010 había publicado “Bingo” en su vuelta a los estudios tras 17 años de silencio.

Rev up that big ol’ jet airliner — the Steve Miller Band are back on the road. The tour, which will take the group through 10 countries in seven months, kicks off May 20th at the Doheny Blues Festival in California and winds down in Vienna, Austria on November 4th.
Not one to rest for long or loiter about, Miller has been very productive these past few years: he released new albums in 2010 (‘Bingo’) and 2011 (‘Let Your Hair Down’), and embarked on a tour last year with Gregg Allman. And yet, after selling millions of records during his nearly 45 years in the music biz, he still can’t get any love from the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.
The erstwhile space cowboy — or, if you prefer, gangster of love — will hit 29 cities in North America before heading overseas for the final leg.
