Pink Floyd ha anunciado este jueves el lanzamiento el próximo 29 de noviembre de The Later Years, un conjunto de 18 discos que recoge el material creado por la banda a partir de 1987, con más de 13 horas de audio e imágenes inéditas, su etapa final.
The Later Years tendrá material de la formación trío de la banda, con registros en vivo y grabaciones de estudio inéditas.
ELa etapa final de Pink Floyd, liderada por el guitarrista y cantante David Gilmour tras la salida de Roger Waters, será recopilada en un masivo box set, titulado The Later Years.
La caja verá la luz el 29 de noviembre, y contará con los últimos tres discos de estudio de la banda: A Momentary Lapse of Reason de 1987, The Division Bell de 1994 y The Endless River de 2014, además de los álbumes en dircto Delicate Sound of Thunder y Pulse, en 5 CDs, 6 Blu-Rays y 5 DVDs.
En total la colección tendrá más de 13 horas de material extra, junto a un libro de 60 páginas con letras, fotografías y memorabilia. The Later Years también tendrá una versión simple en CD o doble vinilo llamada Highlights.
