Neil Young será homenajeado con un nuevo álbum tributo titulado «Heart of Gold: The Songs of Neil Young», que se lanzará el 25 de abril.
Será el primer lanzamiento de un proyecto de dos volúmenes, cuyas ganancias se destinarán a The Bridge School en el que participan artistas de la talla de Sharon Van Etten, The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, Fiona Apple, Mumford & Sons, Eddie Vedder, Courtney Barnett, Stephen Marley, The Doobie Brothers, Allison Russell, Steve Earle, Rodney Crowell, Anders Osborne, Charlie Greene y Chris Pierce.
Además de los artistas antes mencionados, la lista de 14 canciones incluirá versiones nuevas del apreciado catálogo de Young.
