Willie Nelson anuncia nuevo álbum «The Willie Nelson Family» para el 19 de noviembre. Escucha el primer adelanto de su nuevo disco «Family Bible»:
El nuevo disco Nelson, incluye a su hermana Bobbi, sus hijos Lukas y Micah, y sus hijas Amy y Paula, además de Paul English, el batería, amigo y confidente de Nelson desde hace mucho tiempo, quien murió a principios del año pasado a los 87 años, Mickey Raphael (armónica), Billy English (batería), Kevin Smith (bajo)
El disco incluye versiones de «All Things Must Pass» de George Harrison y «Why Me» de Kris Kristofferson, además del favorito de la Family Carter «Keep On the Sunnyside». «The Willie Nelson Family» es el segundo álbum de Nelson del año, después de «That’s Life» de febrero , su segundo volumen de versiones de Frank Sinatra.
La lista de canciones del álbum contiene una buena parte de temas originales del The Red Headed Stranger, como «Heaven and Hell», «Kneel at the Feet of Jesus», «Laying My Burdens Down», «In God’s Eyes», «I Thought About You, Lord» y «Too Sick To Pray».
